Yes. There's no charge and no obligation to proceed. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you honestly rather than push a proposal you don't need.
How long does it take?+
The WhatsApp exchange to book takes a minute. The consultation itself is usually a short call once we understand your property type and scope.
I'm not ready to renovate yet. Can I still book?+
Yes. Plenty of people book a consultation while they're still deciding on a property or timeline. There's no pressure to commit on the call.
Do you charge for the design proposal after this?+
The consultation is the first step. If you move forward, the full design proposal (space planning, mood boards, a complete layout) is scoped and quoted separately. We'll be upfront about that on the call.
What if I only need a small fix, not a full renovation?+
We focus on complete home design and renovation, not one-off repairs. For a single fix, a general contractor is usually the better fit.
