The brief

Renovate the whole unit so the interior suits its Marina Bay setting. The owners wanted it to feel like a home to live in, not a showpiece.

The challenge

The family entertains often. Guests needed room to gather over drinks, and the view from the living room had to stay open.

Scope of works

Full unit hacking and fully custom carpentry. Full-height mirrored wall, backlit glass display shelving, built-in vanity and dressing table, pendant lighting, and a window bench seat.

What we decided, and why

Backlit glass display shelving in the wardrobe wall
The wardrobe run was built with glass shelves and integrated lighting, so the same carpentry gives storage and a lit display wall.

Full-height mirrors along the dining wall
Floor-to-ceiling mirror panels make the compact dining area look about twice as deep as it is.
